Record Keeping Services (Summary for Retail & Service Businesses)
Set up (computerize) inventory for tracking items for retail sales. Provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sales summary including quantities and amounts.
Work with inventoried items for ordering, receiving, buying and selling. Can provide a printed price list, maintain the current value, report on profits, and any other reports about inventory items.
Establish and track all Income and Expense Details. Categorize income and expense data in proper tax accounts.
Track and pay all related business expenses. Maintain A/P (accounts payable). Provide all applicable financial reports (current Balance Statements, Profit and Loss Statements, etc. upon request).
Track, files appropriate reports and pay taxes in a timely manner.
Gather income tax information for the IRS: Figuring it all out, Keep up with current tax changes, report income tax information, and prepare monthly and quarterly tax reports.
Track all progress with reports. Keep all reported data accurate.
Customize invoices and statements of services rendered.
