Our staff has 40+ years of Business Administration with experience in the fields of Management Consultant, Vice President/Treasurer of 501(c)3 organization, Administrator of 501(c)6 business, Division of Revenue reporting for multibillion dollar corporation, electronic data processing, multiple payroll preparation, accounting, communications design engineering, maintenance procedures for mini-computers, trucking industry professional, real estate management, business software and tax preparation. 

We provide administrative and operational services for businesses that either don’t have the time or the resources to do this type of work on their own. Realistically, our clients range from self-employed entrepreneurs and small businesses to corporations. We’re asked to do things as varied as prepare business startup filings, keep a company’s insurance files in order or even help set up someone’s business and manage the personnel. For some, we simply pay their recurring monthly bills via metered mail or online transactions, and keep them informed (No "did I mail that payment" worries). We keep up with and pay all periodic taxes. We even come on site, setup clients’ computers, software train, transfer data, and then get out of the way. If they later prefer, we’ll take it over again and do the work in our offices.

A Word about Our Services! 

Services include on-going functions such as complete record-keeping, human resource management,  monthly billing, invoicing, the preparation of payroll checks and statements as well as all associated reports and filings. Handling sizable volumes, we will develop and mail distribute newsletters, bulletins, and notices upon request. We even assist in those occasional, one-time functions like the preparation of business startup filings, resumes, all sorts of forms, manuscripts, contracts and other like documents. Our business services are endless, and very flexible. We're now organized to enjoin limited partnership with entrepreneurs of the trucking industry as well as real estate and housing.

 Records are highly secured and kept private; they are maintained on premise via internal hard drive backup and kept in a fire-proof, locked safe, online, as well as an external hard drive. The proprietor is provided with regular paper reports upon request. All records are kept private and held in the strictest of confidentiality!
